Send them to the appropriate engineer for repair.

Help, HTML, and XML Localization
Obtain existing glossary, if any, and add new terms to create a new version.
Obtain and leverage previous translation memory.
Translator translates the document.
Proofread and correct translation.
Compile files, test them, and repair links in HTML, XML, or compiled Help files.
Visually inspect files for translation, layout, and functioning links.
If errors exist, correct them and recompile the files.
Visually recheck them.
If no errors exist, create a new translation memory for the record and for use on the next version of the software.
