Account Executive (Globalization & Testing services) in Beijing Office, China
Responsibilities:
Full Time – Real Idea is a leading provider of globalization, testing and commercial production (motion graphics) services. We combines global resources with proven program management methodologies to serve as an outsource partner throughout a client's product and content lifecycle – from development to globalization, testing and commercial design.
Requirements:
The Account Executive's primary responsibility is the establishment of new Client accounts and the sale of new services. Key responsibilities include: developing and nurturing Customer relationships, identifying new market opportunities, planning and organizing sales efforts with respect to their assigned market territory and achieving pre-determined sales goals and objectives.
Other responsibilities include providing oversight for existing Client accounts – ensuring quick response and follow up to client requests, achieving continued financial growth of existing accounts and the delivery of outstanding client service via effective communications.
This position requires significant telephone dialogue and familiarization with the Globalization/Localization and Testing services.
Required Skills/Background:
Experience selling localization/testing services.
Knowledge of consultative sales concepts and strategies with significant demonstrated experience and account wins.
Knowledge of contracts and proposal process.
Ability to analyze business opportunities, develop effective sales strategies and close business.
Ability to develop account and territory plans to achieve penetration and grow revenue.
Ability to conduct effective presentations to all levels within clients.
Ability to collaborate effectively with both clients and employees of the organization.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to write reports in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to represent and communicate with a diverse population.
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Demonstrated ability to call on high-level enterprise clients.
Demonstrated skill in negotiating with clients to create a win-win for both company and client.
Must possess time management and organizational skills.
Must demonstrate initiative and follow through on projects and on development of professional skills.
Fluent in spoken and written English is a plus.
Desired Skills/Background – if any:
Knowledge of application development, testing, localization or content development practices and competitors as well as products.
Educational Requirements:
College degree and 3-4 years sales experience preferred.
